Pretty in *Blue* - 3 Wedding Guest Outfits We Love
Summer is in full swing, which means we’re right in the middle of wedding season. Yay! Who doesn’t love a wedding? Or an engagement party? Or a bridal shower? As fun and full of love these celebrations can be, finding the perfect outfit can feel like an impossible task. So I decided to share some of my personal tried-and-tested wedding guest outfit options here. Lately, I’m really loving blue - so sticking with that theme, keep scrolling for three of my favourite options to wear to your next wedding event.
Fitted Blue Midi Dress
I love this Staud dress. The silhouette is extremely flattering and it couldn’t be more comfortable. This is NOT a maternity dress, but is 100% bump friendly. I would usually wear an XS so decided to size up to a Small, which fits perfectly. I’m definitely planning to hold on to this dress and wear it again when I’m no longer pregnant - it’s a classic silhouette and a perfect staple to keep in your wardrobe. It is a bit pricey so I also found this dupe on Amazon!
Feminine Linen Blue Set
Faithfull the Brand is one of my absolute go-to brands - I love the quality of the materials, their stunning colours and prints, and their classic silhouettes. I love that this set is light and airy but it still feels easy to dress up. It’s a really great option if you’re looking to wear something other than a dress. The pants are a bit long, so if you’re on the shorter side, like me, you will most likely want to get them hemmed or wear them with a heel. Shop the top and bottoms.
Floral Blue Midi Dress
This is another favourite from Faithfull the Brand, unfortunately, it’s a couple of years old and I wasn’t able to find it in stock anywhere. So instead, I found these two similar options! I love a floral pattern and I see this style being perfect for any outdoor summer wedding.
